Returns & exchanges

SeragaEngland gladly accept cancellations, returns or exchanges, unless your order is a custom order (not something listed as an ‘off the shelf item on our site). Please contact SeragaEngland either before your order is dispatched or within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please dispatch items back to SeragaEngland within: 30 days of delivery.
Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrived damaged or defective, SeragaEngland can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders (unless faulty)
  • Intimate items such as earrings and nose studs where the seal has been broken (for health/hygiene reasons) unless faulty
  • Items damaged by the client or someone acting on the client’s behalf who is not associated with SeragaEngland.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

SeragaEngland only accepts returns from the person who purchased the piece of jewellery.

Repairs

SeragaEngland will repair or replace a faulty item if a customer returns it within 6 months – unless we can prove it was not faulty when a customer bought it.
